The Audience Design Lab is an intensive, hands-on workshop that supports film teams in understanding how their feature films connect with audiences. Led by leading Audience Designer Síle Culley, the Lab creates space to step back from the development and production process and focus on audience perspective, positioning and communication. Through close, project-based work and one-on-one sessions with industry experts, each team explores the core of its story, identifies relevant audience clusters and develops a clearer approach to positioning and visual identity. The Lab offers practical tools and focused guidance to support meaningful and targeted audience engagement.

Sustainability Management

The Sustainability Management programme is designed for filmmakers and screen industry professionals seeking a comprehensive and practice-oriented approach to sustainability across the audiovisual sector. Addressing sustainability from production and storytelling through to distribution and impact, the programme explores the economic, ecological, social and cultural dimensions that shape responsible creative and operational decision-making.
