Booking terms & conditions & cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend the International Screen Institute programme, please contact our office as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

If you need to cancel due to certified health reasons or other demonstrably justifiable circumstances, we will explore alternative arrangements. If no such alternative arrangements are acceptable or available,  fees already paid may be credited toward your participation in the next edition of the programme.

We offer a partial refund if you cancel up to 2 months before the programme starts. Cancellations made later than 4 weeks before the programme start may result in the full participation fee being retained.

We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone a programme. In this case, your fee will be applied to the rescheduled dates, and if you are unable to attend, you will receive a full refund. For any questions about fees, the programme, or financial support, please contact office@screeninstitute.eu.
