In collaboration with ÖFI Talentlab, this talk introduces the role of the nervous system in how we lead, collaborate, and create — especially under pressure. Drawing from psychology and neuroscience, we’ll explore how stress, burnout, and disconnection often emerge not from personal failure, but from how our systems respond to ongoing demand. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of how internal regulation supports external sustainability — offering insight into leadership, team dynamics, and the emotional landscape of long-term creative work.
